Built by someone who’s been in your shoes.
I’m Rachel Bowers. I grew Brooklyn Bark from a one-person operation into a seven-figure pet care company with nearly 50 employees.
Running a business at that scale taught me that consistent care requires more than good people and good intentions. It requires clear procedures, effective communication, and systems that work when things don’t go according to plan.
My experience as a firefighter, first responder, and certified pet CPR instructor reinforced those lessons.
